Overview
The Organizational Strategy Lead will work to ensure that all changes are received by the business.
Working in collaboration with the programme team and other functions such as Operations, Risk, Audit and Compliance. The primary focus for this role will be to identify, shape and deliver organizational strategy initiatives, ranging from operating model change, process improvements to leading on strategic operational initiatives for the business.
As part of this, the Organizational Strategy Director will identify changes in our current and to be processes and define impact of each, including conducting benefit analysis and supporting the wider business in the implementation of future-state improvements.
This role requires a strong understanding of organizational change methodologies, impact assessments and business case development, as well as strong written and verbal communications skills, including with senior-stakeholders. Additional, a curious and creative mindset, always considering alternative and new ways to problem-solving will be required.
Responsibilities
• Lead the development of the RTP International's organizational strategy, working closely with senior leaders to define strategic priorities and identify growth opportunities.
• Develop and implement strategic initiatives and action plans to drive business performance and achieve objectives and present these to senior stakeholders in the business.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of strategic initiatives.
• Drive (where applicable), monitor and evaluate the progress of strategic initiatives, identifying potential risks and recommending adjustments as needed.
• Lead the design, development and implementation of the organization's corporate target operating model (TOM) to align with strategic objectives.
• Monitor and measure the impact of the TOM on business performance, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
• Assess current business processes, structures, systems, and workflows to identify areas for improvement and alignment with the TOM.
Experiences
• Consultancy and/or organizational strategy experiences, including operating model design and process improvement strongly preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data and information into actionable insights and recommendations.
• Exceptional strategic thinking and decision-making abilities, with a track record of developing and executing successful strategic initiatives.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
