Title and Summary
Priceless Fulfillment Manager OverviewPriceless.com is Mastercard's global experiential lifestyle hub that inspires and creates once-in-a-lifetime moments for Mastercard cardholders and its customers and partners in 30+ countries. The Fulfillment Manager is a pivotal role that will help set the standards for cardholder fulfillment of priceless.com products and will drive the modernization of order management operations worldwide.
Role
As a member of the Consumer Marketing team, this role will provide operational support to the team, including:
• Be responsible for the design, implementation, and continuous improvement for priceless.com fulfillment standards and guidelines
• Be the subject matter expert for fulfillment, which includes the order management system and payouts process flows
• Provide leadership and direction for platform improvements in collaboration with cross-functional teams to automate processes and drive efficiencies for cardholder fulfillment and partner payouts
• Develop and update user guides with easy-to-follow steps for handling and managing orders
• Design, implement, and continuously review standards for global refunds
• Manage orders, including generating order reports with consumer's private information handled securely in accordance with Mastercard's data privacy standards
• Develop and maintain monthly compliance and management reporting for fulfillment and payouts
• Occasionally handle resolutions to consumer inquiries, collaborating cross-functionally to ensure complete and prompt responses
All about you
• Prior experience in designing and implementing fulfillment processes
• Understanding of tax requirements/ regulations a plus
• Process-oriented and analytical
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Prior order management system experience a plus
• Excellent problem-solving skills and delivering accurate and timely resolutions
• Experience building trusted relationships with business partners
