Product Manager - Mastercard Research Center Overview
Mastercard Services enables customers across industries and geographies to make smarter decisions and reach better outcomes with a tailored portfolio of solutions beyond the transaction.

The Mastercard Services global product team is seeking a Manager to support the evolution of consumer research in the Business &Market Intelligence business.

Product Management in Services at Mastercard
• Translate a deep understanding of our customers into products and solutions that drive significant customer value
• Balance the long-term direction of a product with today's needs and constraints by fully understanding the technical, competitive, and commercial contexts of our products
• Act as connectors to ensure the commercial success of our products by working with Sales and Marketing while ensuring technical success through close partnership with Technology teams
• Drive globally-relevant solutions by understanding regional needs and tradeoffs, and build scalable products that serve an array of customer segments
• Set product direction with coordination, not isolation—taking into account how our products all work together to serve customer needs

Role
• Support the development and deliver a consistent product vision, strategy and roadmap for all market research products within D&S, working on multiple Products in a complex matrixed environment with account teams, business development, sales leads and research groups (ARC and Global Research)
• Establish and drive product management disciplines across the product lifecycle, e.g., One Trust, Studio framework, Agile development and product quality, ensuring product readiness across Platforms, Delivery, Product and GTM perspectives
• Support product P&L management; focus on revenue targets, manage and optimize budgets, forecasting, and cost allocation to enable the delivery of key business objectives
• Advocate for Market Research product lines by creating compelling communications and sales enablement materials for Senior and Executive Management and an ambassador for the product line to Mastercard
• Manage external relationships with market research vendors, third party suppliers in compliance with all Mastercard policies and procedures.
• Navigate across cultures and geographies and leverages strong relationships with key groups across Mastercard to gain support and buy-in for key decisions to ensure success of regional and global product launches
• Emulate and drive Mastercard Way behaviors through their behavior, recognitions, coaching, and employee engagement.

• Demonstrated ability to build relationships with senior executives
• Knowledge of the financial services industry, ideally including both retail banking and payments
• Agile product management experience
• Previous top consulting background strongly preferred
