We are seeking a talented Product Team Member with expertise in Generative AI to join our innovative Product team as a Prompt Engineer. In this role, you will collaborate with Product Managers to design and implement AI-driven solutions, such as AI assistants and agents. You will be responsible for prompt engineering, selecting the right tools and models. Your work will span multiple product areas, infusing Generative AI across our offerings.
All About the Role
• Collaborate with Product Managers to understand market needs and define AI-driven product strategies that capitalize on the latest advancements in LLMs and generative AI.
• Design and implement AI solutions, including prompt engineering and prompt architecture, with a focus on enabling Chain of Thought reasoning and agent-based workflows.
• Select and evaluate the most appropriate models, frameworks, and tools—balancing performance, scalability, and alignment with product goals.
• Partner closely with engineering teams to ensure seamless integration and optimal implementation of AI technologies, including orchestration of Agents for complex task execution.
• Serve as a thought leader on best practices for integrating generative AI across product areas, with an emphasis on prompt design patterns, model behavior tuning, and responsible AI use.
All About You
Experience in Generative AI and prompt engineering.
Analytical and strategic thinker with attention to detail and end-to-end ownership.
Experience in AI-related fields such as natural language processing, machine learning, and data science.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams.
Proven ability to think creatively, deal with ambiguity, and manage changing priorities.
Strong collaboration skills and ability to work with multiple Product Managers and cross-functional teams.
