Title and Summary
Quality Assurance Manager Role Overview:We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Manager for Mastercard Business Intelligence platform, who will be responsible for defining, implementing, and overseeing the quality assurance strategy for the platform. This role ensures that processes, functionalities, and content meet the highest quality standards, delivering a consistent and seamless user experience. The QA Manager will collaborate closely with Product, Technology, and UX teams to identify issues, improve workflows, and establish best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and lead the quality assurance strategy for the platform
• Define and monitor quality standards, metrics, and KPIs to ensure platform reliability and usability
• Design and implement test plans, aligned with product requirements and release schedules
• Design and document test cases, ensuring comprehensive test coverage across regression, integration, performance, and user acceptance testing, covering E2E user journeys and all key platform features and integrations
• Prioritize test cases based on risk, business impact, and release timelines
• Ensure reusability and maintainability of test scripts for future releases
• Manage end-to-end testing activities, execute test cases and document results
• Monitor test progress, bugs, and resolution rates, ensuring timely closure of issues, working closely with Tech team
• Provide transparent reporting on test execution status, quality risks, and release readiness
• Drive continuous improvement by analyzing trends in defects and test outcomes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Tech, UX, Content) to identify defects, root causes, and implement corrective actions
• Engage stakeholders during UAT to align expectations on release quality
• Ensure documentation of QA procedures, guidelines, and test cases
• Drive continuous improvements in testing tools, automation, and methodologies
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferred), or a related field
• Proven experience in QA roles (5+ years), preferably within digital platforms
• Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes
• Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks and defect tracking tools
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Familiarity with UX principles, content validation, and cross-browser testing
