Job Title
Senior Analyst, Business Process Improvement

OVERVIEW
As part of the Data & Services Operational Excellence team, the successful candidate will drive world-class operations at the core of all product development, delivery, and support. They will support the development of a comprehensive operations strategy with a focus towards achieving operational scale for future growth by improving quality and efficiency across Data & Services through the identification and development of business process automation solutions.
ROLE
• Synthesize analyses to inform business outcomes
• Contribute to ongoing buildout of comprehensive process repository
• Communicate process issues or updates to stakeholders, and assess and recommend opportunities for improvement
• Manage the overall coordination, status reporting, financials, schedules and stability of project-oriented work efforts, ensures that project goals and objectives are met within agreed upon time, scope and resource requirements
• Develop detailed project plans and manages all execution within budget/capacity constraints
• Through partnership with business leaders, proactively recognizes and translates process optimization needs into documented objectives
• Collaborate with other solution experts / advisors to share ideas / code through showcasing outputs
• Partner with Engineering to ensure low code is provisioned in the context of your firms' wider technology architecture strategy
ALL ABOUT YOU
• Experience working in cross-functional and large projects
• Well versed with challenges in working remotely with global teams
• Working knowledge of process design tools (i.e. Visio, Signavio)
• Familiarity with analytics applications (i.e. Alteryx, Tableau, Qlik)
• Experience evaluating business processes and providing advice on ways to effectively streamline business processes to realize efficiencies
• Demonstrated success building relationships and delivering results on key strategic initiatives
• Experience delivering presentations and engaging with senior leadership
