Title and Summary

Senior Analyst, Finance Business Partner Overview

Seeking a Finance Business Partner to support the Digital Transformation & Acceptance teams as they drive their strategy forward by consistently innovating, optimizing and problem-solving.

Role

- Provide recommendations to strategically enhance financial performance and business opportunities
- Teams with the business unit to evaluate potential business relationships and to evaluate new growth areas from strategic, operational, and financial perspectives
- Drive the financial planning and analysis process for expenses across the Business Transformation & Acceptance teams (e.g., ownership of the Budget, Forecasts, O&Rs, and strategic plans)
- Create insightful analytics to support business strategies/decision making (business cases, investment decisions, etc.)
- Development of materials to support ongoing business reviews: Monthly Performance Packages, Operating Reviews, Business Unit Reviews
- Develop, track, and analyze key business performance metrics (KPIs) across both teams
- Support effective cost management and efficiency efforts
- Investigate and create opportunities for automation and more efficient methods of reporting, anticipating needs of key stakeholders
- Manage and/or conduct ad hoc projects as required


All About You

The ideal candidate for this position should:

Partner closely with SVPs across the teams - possess strong interpersonal & excellent business partnering skills, as well as the ability to communicate and manage well at all levels of the organization

Be comfortable making calculated decisions when faced with ambiguity and show ability to work in an extremely fast paced, high growth and dynamic environment

Experience operating in a diverse, multi-functional finance group (remote locations and across regions)

Ability to work independently but also be a team player; proactive and able to deliver within agreed deadlines

Experienced with financial systems and applications (e.g., Hyperion, Oracle)

Experience identifying and implementing process improvement activities; makes recommendations to further improve procedures

Successfully resolves complex issues in a timely and efficient manner

Bachelors degree; CPA/CA/Masters qualified a plus
