Title and Summary

Senior Analyst, Product Management and Go to Market Commercialization Role:

We are leading a strategic, multi-year transformation to design and deliver advanced network solutions that address these very pain points. Our new initiatives will incorporate cutting-edge products, services, and capabilities to elevate network performance, reliability, and scalability for our customers, partners, and service providers.

As the Senior Analyst, Product Management and Go to Market Commercialization for the Network Products Team, you will play a central role in launching solutions that drive significant value for our customers. You'll gather insights, test hypotheses directly with users, and collaborate closely with network engineers, solution architects, data analysts, regional product managers, and customer-facing teams. Bring your analytical mindset and creative problem-solving to shape the future of how we connect and empower our customers.

Key responsibilities:

• Define and contribute to the GTM strategy for our new network products, including collecting insights, developing KPIs, mapping customer journeys, and working alongside Development and Technology teams to ensure we deliver real value.

• Drive customer adoption initiatives and evaluate top business opportunities to accelerate growth.

• Act as a strategic partner to key geographic and functional units to execute go-to-market plans and align with our overall network transformation strategy.

• Serve as a subject matter expert in network optimization, leading client meetings and supporting solution negotiations to realize new possibilities.

• Participate actively in pilot programs to understand adoption challenges and identify opportunities for new features or enhancements.

• Lead idea generation, concept testing, and business case development for future network products.

• Harness data, analytics, and market insights to recommend strategies that drive penetration, adoption, and the continued evolution of innovative network solutions, all with the goal of improving network performance.

• Thrive in a matrixed organization, collaborating with Cross-functional Product Teams, Legal, Finance, Market Development, Account Management, Customer Experience, Marketing, and more.

• Deep understanding of enterprise networking, network optimization, and connectivity solutions preferred

• Strong business development skills and a track record of managing customer relationships

• Demonstrated success in developing go-to-market strategies for new and innovative network products, with experience in end-to-end delivery of scalable solutions

• Skilled communicator, adept at collaborating with stakeholders, engineers, and analytics teams at all levels

• Able to navigate complex conversations and drive multiple projects simultaneously towards productive outcomes

• Adaptable and resilient, thriving in a high-pressure, goal-oriented, and growth-driven environment

• Passionate about networking technology and intrinsically curious about the latest advancements
