Title and Summary

Senior Analyst, Real Estate Services Overview:
The position will be based in the Environmental Sustainability team, serving as the Data and Process Analyst supporting the development, implementing, and managing a comprehensive net zero data sustainability strategy. This role will focus on data collection, improvement, and methodological enhancements within supply chain to enhance emissions calculations, particularly focused on marketing and loyalty industries. In addition, heavily focused on management of and communication to key stakeholders.

Role:
• Identification, management, and evaluation of key environmental sustainability and supplier metrics for supply chain sustainability performance on ongoing, quarterly, and annual basis
• Maintain and develop inventory of emissions by purchased items across Mastercard's supply chain for the key categories
• Data collection, evaluation, and input for bespoke industry-specific methodologies on an ongoing, quarterly, and annual basis and develop emissions calculation models
• Documentation and maintenance of bespoke industry and supplier emissions calculation methodologies
• Quality review of data inputs, systems, and methodologies for alignment to key data principles and requirements
• Collaboration with internal teams and suppliers for data acquisition, methodological development, and enhancements required
• Collaboration across Responsible Sourcing and Environmental Sustainability teams to ensure data consistency, integration, and ongoing alignment

All About You:
• Strong analytical skills with demonstrated ability to manage large data sets
• Proficient knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Office
• Experienced identifying, implementing, and documenting process
• Ability to manage time and prioritize to meet key targets and deadlines
• Ability to problem solve, interpret information, and make decisions when faced with ambiguity
• Preferred Degree or Background in Environmental Sustainability, Environmental Science, Sustainable Business, or a related subject
• Preferred Experienced and knowledge of the GHG Protocol and Scope 3 standards

In line with Mastercard's total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in the US, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role. The base salary offered may vary depending on multiple factors, including but not limited to location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Purchase, New York: $94,000 - $146,000 USD Chicago, Illinois: $82,000 - $127,000 USD
