Title and Summary
Senior Analyst, Sales The Senior Sales Analyst position is part of the Americas Strategy & Operations team and partners with the National Customer Account Management (CAM) teams. The open role will be supporting the US National team accounts at Mastercard.The Senior Analyst will: (1) Work directly with their CAM executive leads on a regular basis to help support and execute on short and long-term business objectives (2) Work closely with the account teams to help support the team through analysis, research, deal support (3) Drive Sales and Account Management Excellence by improving our business processes (e.g., Deal Process, Reporting, Account Plan and Quarterly Business Reviews, etc.) (4) Drive strategic priorities and work on documentation and implementation of strategy for the segment and (5) Support strategic priorities for the Americas region.
The Senior Sales Analyst will also help share best practices and drive standard methodologies across the Americas team, as well as the overall Business Development and other cross-functional teams.
Role
Enable business growth:
• Support the US National account teams on key objectives, analysis, reporting needs and strategy. This includes supporting US customers but also global customers that have a global footprint.
• Interact regularly with the account teams to understand their specific needs and help support the business.
• Investigate and explore opportunities to grow the US National segment, based on customer performance reporting and Account Manager input.
• Work with Account Managers, Finance and other partners to develop financial modelling and business cases to support opportunities and RFPs.
• Drive consistencies across the account team through things like pipeline management, account optimization, etc.
• Work on overall strategic projects for Americas region.

• Strong technical skills: knowledge of or ability to quickly learn salesforce.com & cubes/other analytical tools
• Experience with developing business cases & strategic analysis
• Ability to collaborate and build relationships with the account team and across multiple functions; role has high exposure to a wide range of senior partners. Must be a strong team player.
• Strong communication skills; able to balance command of the details with ability to deliver clear, concise summary.
• Self-motivated with a proven track record of delivering multiple projects within a team environment.
• Demonstrated ability to proactively identify opportunities and lead initiatives that drive business impact.
• Comfortable taking ownership of workstreams and pushing forward strategic priorities with limited oversight.
• Bachelor's Degree required
