Senior Integration Engineer (Support) Job Description SummaryMastercard's Identity Services organization develops and delivers world-class security products and services for customers across the globe. Role
As a Senior Integration Engineer,
• You will take on a key role in bringing Mastercard Identity Insights clients through the onboarding process, providing documentation, guidance, proposals and other activities needed to complete integration and successfully complete projects.
• Own the end-to-end technical API integration and onboarding process for new and existing clients.
• Internally, working with integration engineers, developers, technical relationship managers and analysts at Mastercard.
• Are you comfortable joining calls or customer meetings, quickly learning the essentials of what our clients are trying to accomplish, navigate the social and technical challenges and plot out clear solutions?
• Do you have experience in owning the documentation, proposal writing, integration guides, solution documents and writing or communication tasks as directed by the Integration Lead?
• Are you a fast learner who can work in different programming languages and make difficult processes easy to understand?
This role is a Post-Sales role; it does not involve a sales function. This is a full-time position, with limited travel required.
All About You
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business or similar, or equivalent work experience
• Demonstrated ability and success in a technology-oriented role
• Exceptional social and interpersonal skills. Ability to engage with a range of stakeholders from any background
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to leverage these skills in a teaching environment
• Ability to drive change in a technical work environment
• Ability to multi-task covering multiple projects
• Strong problem-solving skills. Ability to take complex topics and break them down for others. Quickly identify root concerns and address them
• Previous experience (in any capacity) helping others understand problems, understanding the bigger picture, and influencing their decisions in a way that helps them arrive at their goals
• Ability to read and write code with prior experience working with third-party libraries and mobile SDKs
Bonus Assets
• Prior experience as a developer in web development contexts
• Experience or familiarity with native mobile environments
