Title and Summary

Senior People Specialist Overview:
The People & Capability (P&C) function plays a key role in servicing one of the most important client groups for Mastercard: its employees. Touching every part of every employee's day-to-day life, our P&C team works in close partnership with Business leaders to drive a highly engaged culture, attract, develop, and retain the talented individuals who work here.

The People & Capability team is seeking a Senior Specialist to support the execution of key people priorities across the CAO and MSG teams. The Senior Specialist will contribute by supporting core people processes, participating in cross-functional People & Capability projects and initiatives, and ensuring timely execution and follow-through on activities driven by the PBP team. This role will collaborate closely with Centers of Expertise and business stakeholders to help implement and manage people programs and initiatives effectively.

This position reports to the Vice President, People & Capability for the Law and Government Affairs & Policy department.

Role:
• Provides additional support to People Business Partners and the organization to ensure HR systems and platforms are utilized effectively, with a focus on user experience.
• Contributes to effective position management and headcount cost tracking efforts.
• Conducts detailed data analysis to provide actionable insights for People Business Partners and business leaders within specific functions.
• Supports the communication and implementation of People & Capability initiatives aimed at enhancing employee experience and fostering a high-performing and inclusive culture.
• Manages the timely delivery of daily People & Capability activities by collaborating with key stakeholders across the organization.

In line with Mastercard's total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in the US, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary based on location, experience and other qualifications for the role and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role.
