Overview
The Enterprise and Risk Compliance Technology team is looking for a Product Manager-Technical (PM-T) to drive our internal customer experience strategy forward in Governance Risk and Compliance (GRC) area by consistently innovating and problem-solving. The ideal candiate is passionate about both understanding the business needs, and working with technology teams to deliver working solutions.
Role
In this role, you will demonstrate:
• Ability to work closely with technical program managers, software engineers, internal business partners to define the details behind business requirements and the specifications.
• Strong ability to use the Working Backwards process, which is all about understanding and driving the concept to achieve the clarity about what will ultimately be built.
• Strong ability to decompose the requirements into user stories, feed engineering a well-groomed backlog user story, prioritizing the backlog, and defining the acceptance criteria.
• To look beyond the current project to become experts in their domain and continuously strive to innovate on behalf of internal customers. As new capabilities are required, PM-T will define its place in the platform ecosystem.

• Act as a subject matter expert on the team's systems and the relationships among those systems.
• Demonstrated ability to operate with complete independence and autonomy. High-energy, detail-oriented, and proactive with the ability to function under pressure in an independent environment.
• Proven track record of data driven decision making and applying continuous improvement methodologies across your team.
• Can debate/negotiate the product merits with business teams, architects, engineers to make the right trade-off decisions while commanding the respect of the individuals on the team.
• Experience in agile delivery methodologies.
• Strong communication skills with peers, and business partners with impact, eloquence, and authenticity.
• Ensures features, stories, and associated documentation are clear and easily consumable by other engineering teams using techniques like flowcharts.
• Ability to lead team through elaboration sessions and soliciting input for estimation, provide oversight and signoff during iteration Demos in conjunction with product team.
• High degree of initiative and self-motivation with a willingness and ability to learn and take on challenging opportunities.
• Experience with ServiceNow product is a plus.
