Join Mastercard's award-winning Artificial Intelligence and Decision Product Enablement (AI & DPE) program as a Senior Quality Engineer on the Clearing Decisioning team. In this role, you'll work on a high-performance, real-time Artificial Intelligence (AI) and decisioning platform that leverages advanced AI solutions and processes hundreds of thousands of transactions every second --ensuring payment security at a global scale.
You will:
• Design and execute robust testing strategies for mission-critical systems that power global commerce and defend against fraud.
• Collaborate with world-class engineers and product teams to validate high-impact, client-facing solutions.
• Harness cutting-edge technologies, including Large Language Model (LLM) copilots and automation frameworks, to ensure reliability, scalability, and speed.
• Champion continuous improvement in quality engineering practices for a platform processing billions of dollars every day.

Location: St. Louis, Missouri (three onsite days per week)
Key Responsibilities
• Design, execute, and maintain comprehensive testing strategies to ensure high-quality software product delivery
• Develop automated test scripts and perform occasional manual testing
• Analyze test results and collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve defects
• Lead initiatives to improve testing processes and CI/CD pipelines
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices
Required Skills
• Strong background in software quality assurance
• Proficiency in automation and CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins)
• Experience with testing frameworks such as Junit and TestNG
• Expertise in programming languages, such as Java
• Excellent problem-solving skills and self-motivation

Pay Ranges
O'Fallon, Missouri: $115,000 - $184,000 USDApply on company website
