Overview
Data Science and Artificial Intelligence represents the next phase in the advancement of our digital transformation and is a significant evolution for MasterCard. We continue to evolve our Data Science and AI strategy to support aggressive growth plans, and we are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join the AI/ML Workbench team. This position requires a working knowledge of what it takes to stand up on-prem platforms and services (such as Kubernetes) and the importance of secure design and data privacy.
Role
In this role you will be working with technologies and concepts such as Kubernetes, Python, Golang, LLM, RAG, software defined networking, GPU compute, data privacy to support delivery of AI/ML tooling and MLOPS services to our customers.
Desired Skills:
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
4+ years of software engineering experience with at least 2 years in a role.
Strong proficiency in Python.
Platform engineering skills
• Have Experience with Kubernetes platform technologies. RedHat Openshift , Helm, Logging & Monitoring.
Hands-on experience with MLOps, LLMOPS, RAG, tools and frameworks.
Hands-On experience on AI orchestration framework e,g Langchain, CrewAI,
Proven expertise in API development and integration.
Deep understanding of DevOps methodologies and tools: Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Bitbucket, Vault, Jupytor notebook, DataScience Pipeline etc.
Excellent leadership, communication, and mentoring skills. Logging, Monitoring, Alerting, Tracing sizing and tuning.
Solid business domain knowledge of the payment card industry.
Experience with Kubernetes and containerised environments.
