Title and Summary

Senior Solutions Consultant Overview:
As a Senior Solutions Consultant, you will act as a strategic partner to Tier 0–1 customers, designing and delivering data-driven personalization programs that drive measurable uplift. You will shape multi-quarter campaign roadmaps, translate insights into innovative concepts, and own campaign performance across your portfolio, working cross-functionally to execute a cohesive personalization vision. This role requires advanced personalization expertise and the ability to lead complex customer initiatives from end to end.

Role:
Advanced Personalization Strategy & Innovation
- Design and oversee complex, insight-driven personalization roadmaps that span multiple channels, targeting strategies, and KPIs.
- Own the health of the campaign portfolio across accounts, proactively managing risk, pacing, and value creation.
- Develop executive-level narratives that tie campaign performance to strategic business outcomes.

Value Planning & Measurement:
- Build and maintain account-level and vertical-level value frameworks, surfacing the ROI of use cases and campaigns.
- Lead quarterly roadmap planning cycles, define campaign sequencing models, and contribute to renewal strategies through measurable impact narratives.
- Own and evolve value scorecards across your book of business and support internal enablement with case studies and impact reporting.

Commercial Strategy & Renewals
- Partner with Customer Success and Sales to shape renewal conversations and identify upsell opportunities.
- Support commercial discussions with strategic roadmap data, performance benchmarks, and use case expansion strategies.

Subject Matter Expertise:
- Act as a go-to expert in a defined domain (e.g., AI, financial institutions, retail strategy, analytics, segmentation).
- Provide guidance and thought leadership internally and externally to advance customer success and innovation.

Cross-Functional Influence & Stakeholder Management:
- Act as a senior point of contact for customer executives and cross-functional internal teams (Sales, CS, ITPM, TAM).
- Drive alignment on prioritization, campaign planning, and delivery timelines through structured collaboration frameworks.

Operational Excellence & Escalation Ownership:
- Define standards for personalization innovation, roadmap deliverables, and solutions commercial success
- Partner with internal delivery leads to streamline operational workflows and improve efficiency across pods

Mentorship & Team Enablement:
- Coach Consultants and Associates on personalization, planning and customer communication
- Contribute to training materials, onboarding resources, and reusable playbooks to raise team-wide delivery quality

All About You:
- 5–7+ years in consulting, strategy, digital marketing, or customer success roles, ideally in a SaaS or agency environment
- Proven experience delivering complex, measurable marketing programs using data insights and analytics
- Strong grasp of personalization, A/B testing, segmentation, and performance marketing concepts
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with experience engaging executive-level stakeholders
- Comfort working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
- Strategic thinker who can translate technical performance into business outcomes

In line with Mastercard's total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in the US, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role. The base salary offered may vary depending on multiple factors, including but not limited to location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Mastercard benefits for full time (and certain part time) employees generally include: insurance (including medical, prescription drug, dental, vision, disability, life insurance); flexible spending account and health savings account; paid leaves (including 16 weeks of new parent leave and up to 20 days of bereavement leave); 80 hours of Paid Sick and Safe Time, 25 days of vacation time and 5 personal days, pro-rated based on date of hire; 10 annual paid U.S. observed holidays; 401k with a best-in-class company match; deferred compensation for eligible roles; fitness reimbursement or on-site fitness facilities; eligibility for tuition reimbursement; and many more. Pay Ranges

New York City, New York: $113,000 - $186,000 USD
