Overview
We are seeking a Senior Specialist, Marketing, to join our Global Business Solutions Center team. This role will partner with Global & Regional Marketing teams to providing data-driven insights and marketing enablement to shape, optimise, and execute effective marketing strategies. The role focuses on translating campaign performance, owned-channel data, usage insights, and competitive intelligence into actionable recommendations that inform marketing strategy and planning. In parallel, the role operates as a subject matter expert (SME), enabling marketing teams through best practices, optimisation frameworks, and execution support to drive marketing excellence at scale. The ideal candidate brings a strong solution-oriented mindset, a passion for continuous improvement, and the ability to operate at the intersection of insights, strategy, and execution
Role
• Partner with Consumer and Product Marketing teams to deliver insights from campaign performance, platform usage, and market intelligence, informing marketing strategy and planning.
• Analyse owned marketing data, campaign results, and usage trends to identify performance drivers, gaps, and optimisation opportunities.
• Integrate competitive and market intelligence to contextualise performance and support data-driven strategic decision-making.
• Act as a marketing subject matter expert (SME), enabling regional and functional marketing teams with best practices, frameworks, and optimisation recommendations.
• Support marketing planning and execution by optimising campaign approaches, channel strategies, and platform utilisation.
• Enable optimisation and fulfilment across platforms, offers, and campaigns, including agency coordination, approvals, and governance processes as required.
• Drive consistency, quality, and efficiency across marketing delivery through standardisation, process improvement, and operational discipline.
• Partner with analytics, product, sales, and technology teams to ensure insights are accurate, actionable, and aligned to business objectives.
• Develop high-impact presentations, performance readouts, dashboards, and executive summaries that clearly articulate outcomes, learnings, and recommendations for senior stakeholders.

The ideal candidate for this position should have:
• Proven experience influencing Consumer and Product Marketing strategies using campaign performance, usage data, and market intelligence.
• Strong analytical capability, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights and recommendations.
• Exceptional presentation and executive storytelling skills, with experience building concise, high-impact decks for senior stakeholders.
• A strong marketing SME mindset, enabling and optimizing marketing plans across regions, functions, or product portfolios.
• Hands-on experience supporting end-to-end marketing execution, including platforms, campaigns, agencies, approvals, and governance.
• A solution-oriented, continuous improvement mindset, focused on improving marketing processes, operating models, and execution quality.
