Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Specialist to serve as a central operational and program management partner for the Global Brand Strategy team. This position manages cross‑functional workflows, oversees project and contract lifecycles, ensures accurate application of brand guidelines, and provides exceptional frontline support for branding inquiries. The role also maintains performance tracking, reporting, and content governance to ensure smooth delivery of brand services across the organization.
Role
• Lead end‑to‑end intake, validation, scheduling, and stakeholder communication for Creative and Brand Studio engagements.
• Maintain project tracking across PM platforms, including outreach follow‑ups, engagement performance metrics, and cross‑team coordination.
• Create and maintain reporting to support project visibility and operational efficiency.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all Brand Center and Design Center inquiries.
• Manage daily inbox operations, triage and respond to Tier 1 and Tier 2 branding questions, and escalate higher‑tier issues to leadership.
• Provide research, analysis, and technical support to resolve customer issues related to branding and design application.
• Monitor, categorize, and analyze inquiry trends to enhance future responses and service offerings.
• Track performance against SLAs and operational metrics.

The ideal candidate for this position should have:
• Have program management experience, working on large-scale, cross-functional initiatives.
• Have experience applying the project management lifecycle to complex, multi-workstream projects.
• Be comfortable in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities and deadlines.
• Have a strong commitment to quality control with focus on data integrity and compliance.
• Possess excellent communication (written, oral and presentation) and interpersonal skills.
• Possess a strong problem-solving ability, attention to detail, and a well-defined work ethic.
• Possess a sense of urgency and a customer service focus.
• Have knowledge in Microsoft software such as Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of tools and platforms like Monday.com, Adobe Workfront, etc.
