Title and Summary

Senior Specialist, Mastercard Global Loyalty Offers The Services team and solutions fuel growth for partners globally by providing cutting edge services in the areas of Customer Acquisition and Engagement, Security Solutions, Business and Market Insights, and Open Banking. Focused on thinking big and scaling fast, our agile sales team is responsible for end-to-end solutions for a diverse global customer base including retailers, airlines, hotels, tourism agencies, public sector entities, restaurants, consumer goods and telecom companies.

Mastercard Loyalty Solutions, a leader in global loyalty services, manages over 600 million accounts for more than 2,000 clients, providing innovative, end-to-end solutions for financial institutions and merchants. The Global Offers team is part of Mastercard Loyalty Solutions and leverages this scale and expertise to deliver robust program management and merchant engagement through its proprietary platform and network.

The Global Offers team drives revenue through a proprietary platform and merchant network, delivering comprehensive end-to-end solutions. These include program and offer management, image and content management, merchant-facing websites, customer service, points scoring, and merchant budget management - all designed to support cardholder engagement and program performance.

As part of our transformational journey, we are seeking a Product Management Senior Specialist to join our Product Enablement team. This role supports a high-growth global product delivering Offers to cardholders globally.

Role Overview

This Senior Specialist role supports Mastercard's Global Loyalty Offers Program by enabling business operations, driving cross-functional alignment, and supporting regional execution. The ideal candidate will be curious, able to manage multiple projects concurrently and a strong collaborator.

As part of the Product Enablement team, the Senior Specialist will collaborate with Global Offers Directors in Commercialization and Product Development along with cross-functional partners—including regional product, engineering, and shared services teams like customer support—to drive business enablement, process improvement, and stakeholder alignment.

While not directly responsible for technical development, the role requires building foundational technical knowledge of the Offers platform to effectively support documentation, process mapping, and team inquiries.

The Role
• Support the execution of strategic initiatives and program launches that empower regional and market teams to grow and sustain Offers programs. This includes coordinating with internal stakeholders to align priorities, facilitating cross-functional meetings, and proactively resolving blockers to enhance cardholder engagement and program performance.
• Develop new and improve existing processes, tools and best practices across Offers programs to drive efficiency, clarity and to reflect the evolving business; includes assisting in rollout and training
• Lead special projects including managing timelines, deliverables and communications to ensure smooth execution
• Develop and maintain internal documentation, including program guides, process flows, stakeholder updates and internal training materials
• Monitor select program metrics and support reporting needs for leadership and regional partners

All About you
• Experience in product management, program coordination, or business operations
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Ability to learn quickly and develop a basic knowledge of the technology platforms and flows to support creation of documentation and process mapping as well as regional team questions
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including Powerpoint presentation development
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams and time zones.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with project tracking tools is a plus
• Experience in loyalty, offers, or other consumer engagement programs is a nice to have
• Exposure to global and/or matrixed organizations is a plus
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
• Familiarity with change management or process improvement methodologies

In line with Mastercard's total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in the US, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role. The base salary offered may vary depending on multiple factors, including but not limited to location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Mastercard benefits for full time (and certain part time) employees generally include: insurance (including medical, prescription drug, dental, vision, disability, life insurance); flexible spending account and health savings account; paid leaves (including 16 weeks of new parent leave and up to 20 days of bereavement leave); 80 hours of Paid Sick and Safe Time, 25 days of vacation time and 5 personal days, pro-rated based on date of hire; 10 annual paid U.S. observed holidays; 401k with a best-in-class company match; deferred compensation for eligible roles; fitness reimbursement or on-site fitness facilities; eligibility for tuition reimbursement; and many more. Purchase, New York: $114,000 - $182,000 USD Arlington, Virginia: $114,000 - $182,000 USD
