Overview
This position will be responsible for the set-up, ongoing monitoring and performance reporting required to support the Operational Health & Wellness of Account Level Management (ALM). This Product Development Sr Specialist will partner with our internal stakeholders to identify new operational health opportunities, management, and alignment of the ALM Global Customer and Operational Support Model across the support teams. This candidate should have the ability to collaborate across a diverse group of internal stakeholders & regional partners, effectively manage multiple priorities and demands, and possess a deep understanding of transaction processing & the credit card industry.
Role
End-to-end ownership for the operations involved in managing & maintaining the health and operational support model for Account Level Management (ALM). This includes on-going management & performance reporting by ALM, and if applicable, by service.
Selects and monitors performance metrics that assess performance, SLA Management, and providing this data to the Global Account Level Management Team.
Coordinates internal forums to collect and identify operational health opportunities
Supports Product Managers to drive expansion and launches of new and existing services including go-to-market readiness, implementation planning and activities, assisting with communications, Studio processes, etc.
Provides support for creating, finalizing, and distributing service-related materials, such as internal training decks to support new product implementation within a country.
Assists Product Managers with on-going support in the Region where services are launched and available to customers.
Education
• You have (or will soon receive) at least a bachelor's university degree in business, finance, marketing or related field, or equivalent work experience
• Or a Product Development or Project Management certification (i.e., PMP, PPM, PDMA or NPDP)
• Confluence, Application LifeCycle Management/Rally (preferred)
Knowledge / Experience:
• Experience working with partners across other functions in support of key deliverables and product go-to market strategies
• Experience developing reports and preliminary insights based on complex analysis of competitor market data
• Working knowledge of product management, product development, product planning, project management & financial services (preferred)
• Working knowledge of card industry (desirable)
