Services within Mastercard is responsible for acquiring, engaging, and retaining customers by managing fraud and risk, enhancing cybersecurity, and improving the digital payments experience. Role:
We're looking for a Senior Specialist, Product Management who's entrepreneurial, curious, and motivated to drive real impact. In this role, you'll help shape product strategy, uncover actionable insights, and support decision-making across the product lifecycle. You'll work closely with product managers, designers, engineers, and business stakeholders to help us build and grow great products.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can connect dots across data, customer feedback, and business goals—and turn those insights into compelling recommendations.
What you'll do:
• Work with Product Managers to define strategy, identify new opportunities, and evaluate performance.
• Gather and analyze both qualitative and quantitative data to generate insights and support decision-making.
• Speak directly with customers to surface pain points, validate ideas, and shape product direction.
• Build clear, compelling presentations and reports to communicate insights to leadership and stakeholders.
• Support go-to-market strategies, business cases, and product planning processes.
• Contribute to a culture of experimentation, learning, and continuous improvement.
• Stay current on industry trends—especially in payments and fintech—and help bring external perspectives into our thinking.
All about you:
• Strong experience in product analytics, strategy, consulting, or a similar role.
• Strong analytical thinking with the ability to work with data (experience with SQL is a plus, but not required).
• Clear and confident communication skills—you can tell a story and influence decisions.
• Experience engaging directly with customers or users to gather insights.
• A self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset; comfortable working in a fast-moving environment with ambiguity.
• Experience in product management or strategy is a strong asset.
• Exposure to payments, fintech, or transaction-heavy businesses is a plus, but not required.
