Title and Summary

Senior Specialist, Product Management Disputes About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Product Senior Specialist to support the regional enablement of global product initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys research, coordination, and operational execution, and is passionate about delivering customer-centric solutions through structured processes and emerging technologies.
You will work closely with the Senior Product Manager to help localize global product strategies, conduct market and customer research, and manage administrative workflows that ensure smooth execution across regions.

Key Responsibilities
• Conduct research on regional market requirements, customer behaviors, and competitive landscapes to inform product decisions.
• Support the translation of global product requirements into regionally relevant documentation and workflows.
• Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and communications for internal and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate meetings, track action items, and maintain project documentation.
• Monitor product performance metrics and compile insights for review.
• Stay informed on emerging technologies and AI trends relevant to regional product innovation.
• Apply design thinking principles to support ideation and problem-solving sessions.

Qualifications
• 2–4 years of experience in product operations, product management support, or a related role.
• Strong organizational and research skills with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with AI, design thinking, and digital product development.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable working cross-functionally and across time zones.
