Title and Summary

Senior Specialist, Products and Solutions Overview
• The Sr. Products and Solutions Specialist is part of the broader Customer Solution Center team CSC, The CSC works closely with the sales teams to bring the Best of Mastercard to the our customers with the objective of winning more customers, optimize performance of existing customers and launch strategic prioritized solutions in the markets.
• This position will specialize on Cyber & Intelligence (C&I) solutions. The objective is to make Mastercard the safest, simplest, and smartest way to pay and get paid for our customers.
• The main focus of this position will be on optimizing the performance of existing customers leveraging C&I solutions.
• The C&I Optimization specialist helps customers to improve approval rates, reduce fraud, reduce chargebacks and improve digital experiences of consumers and businesses by offering our customers the right tools and training on how to capture the value.
• This individual will support the C&I Leader of the Caribbean and Central America Markets. He or she will establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal/external stakeholders, take an active role in supporting product and project management activities in one of the fastest growing Services businesses in Mastercard.

Role
• Lead C&I Optimization strategy and execution for the prioritized markets and customers.
• Collaborates with the C&I value selling team by sharing opportunities identified through analysis or during customer facing meetings.
• Delivers recommendations to customers on how to leverage C&I tools to improve Digital transactions performance.
• Support Product Management function including research & analysis, completing product documentation, and product readiness assessments
• Work with Finance, Regional and Division teams in Product-focused financial planning & analysis including; variance analysis, product/market/account analysis, risks & opportunities
• Conducts research and impact analysis to support new Pricing initiatives
• Partners with regional finance, product teams, Accounts Managers and Markets management as needed to track performance against C&I objectives.

All About You
• Strong analytical skills - ability to identify issues before they develop into problems and to proactively resolve issues directly or through escalation to appropriate partners/stakeholders.
• Strong team working skills - ability to work collaboratively and both independently and in a team environment.
• Credit card and digital payment industry experience preferred.
• Disciplined approach to tracking and reporting.
• Excellent organizational skills; project delivery and project management experience working with regional market teams.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree required, Advanced degree or MBA a plus.
• Position may require some travel.
• English and Spanish required, Portuguese is a plus.
