The Security Solutions team (SSO) in Europe leverages world-class security products and services to lead multi-product commercialization initiatives. Focused on thinking big and scaling fast, our team is responsible for end-to-end solutions for a diverse customer base from issuers and acquirers to retailers, public sector entities, consumer goods and more.

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven member to join our team.
This role requires a curious, thoughtful, highly organized and analytical person, skilled at collaborating across cross-functional teams to achieve business goals.
The position reports to the Director Strategy & Operation SSO Europe and supports the SSO Europe SVP in daily activities. This role will help drive coordination across Products, Sales and Finance team to drive execution of the strategy and follow up of the financials. The main activities of the role are:
• Performs aspects of financial and budgeting related processes for our product teams in partnership with Finance product team
• Supports a specific targeted area with financial and budget related needs under limited supervision; performs basic financial and billing analysis. Supports the annual target and budget process by analyzing performance, producing management reporting, consolidating information and tracking opportunities
• Leads and drives ad-hoc projects relating to pricing, product go-to-market, and new business modeling impacts
• Collaborate with product managers and other cross-functional teams to support the product launch of our solutions with Pricing and Studio reviews.
• Coordinate training efforts, leveraging best practices & making sure that all business partners are addressed.
• Supports the product management units with sales pipeline reports and further analysis in understanding new sales opportunities in market
• Assists in preparation of quarterly business reviews of SSO for group executives
All About You:
This position requires a highly collaborative and self-driven individual who will need to manage relationships across multiple functional areas, countries & divisions
• Experience in finance, billing or in product marketing and commercialization roles preferred (advanced excel knowledge required)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent interpersonal skills
• Developed skills relating to communications of SSO efforts with communications and executive decks
• Excellent problem-solving skills with an ability to identify key issues, structure analysis, and provide recommendations effectively
• Ability to embrace complexity and deliver/articulate simplicity
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple projects concurrently
• Self-motivated with a proven track record of delivering success while operating within a team environment
