Title and Summary
Site Reliability Engineer II - Operations Change Management (OCM) Overview:The Operations Change Management (OCM) Specialist plays a critical role in supporting IT Service Management practices across ONE (Operations, Network & Employee Digital Experience)
Role:
Operating in a hybrid capacity—both process focused and high level technical understanding, this role ensures consistency, quality, and performance of ITSM processes (specific to change management) within the ONE Service Management operating model. The specialist collaborates closely with engineering teams, operational support groups, and business stakeholders to enable efficient service delivery and continuous improvement.
All about you:
• 2–5+ years of experience in IT Service Management (change management), technical operations, or related fields.
• Working knowledge of ITIL frameworks and ITSM Change Management best practices.
• Experience with ITSM platforms (Remedy, Jira Service Management, BMC, or equivalent).
Exposure to dashboards, analytics, or data visualization tools
• Analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends, root causes, and optimization opportunities.
• Must be high-energy, detail-oriented, proactive and able to function under pressure in an independent environment
• Possesses strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and strong relationship, collaborative skills and organizational skills.
• Must provide the necessary skills to have a high degree of initiative and self-motivation and demonstrate the ability to drive results.
• Ability to learn and take on challenging opportunities and work as a member of matrix based diverse and geographically distributed project team
