Overview
The Dispute team is looking for a Software Engineer to drive our customer experience strategy forward by consistently innovating and problem-solving. The ideal candidate is passionate about the customer experience journey, highly motivated, intellectually curious, analytical, and possesses an entrepreneurial mindset.
Role

• Understanding and analyzing of business requirements for new development.
• Develop software solutions for Dispute applications for Mastercard, from inception to production.
• Work as part of an agile development team, optimizing value delivery
• Work with continuously evolving application and design, develop, support cloud native application components using industry best practices.

All About You
• Practitioner exposed to developing high quality software using modern engineering practices
• Knowledge in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, PCF (Pivotal Cloud Foundry), Hibernate, Oracle, REST, JSON, Splunk, Agile, Sonar, Linux, Git.
• Database experience including Oracle and SQL scripting.
• Passionate about continuous learning, adopting best practices
• Soft skills: strong verbal and written communication to demo features to product owners; strong team player, proactive.

Desirable
• Experience on designing and developing Microservices using Spring Cloud, Spring Boot, Cloud Native platforms like PCF/Kubernetes/OpenShift. In line with Mastercard's total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in the US, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role. The base salary offered may vary depending on multiple factors, including but not limited to location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Pay Ranges

O'Fallon, Missouri: $92,000 - $147,000 USD
