Title and Summary

Specialist, Consumer Marketing Overview
The Integrated Marketing and Communication Ukraine team is looking for a Specialist, Consumer Marketing to drive our Consumer strategy, brand and ESG targets forward by consistent marketing support. The ideal candidate is passionate about the customer experience journey, highly motivated, structural, able for multitasking and working on high speeds, intellectually curious, analytical, and possesses an entrepreneurial mindset.
Role
In this customers-facing position you will:

Develop marketing strategies, activities, and events and execute (includes advertising, promotions, sponsorships, webinars, media) to drive transactions within both Offline and Digital commerce

Lead Marcom activities for specific Merchants/Product marketing including projects aimed at acquisition, activation and usage, retaining, loyalty, events, trainings, brand exposure projects, etc

Develop creative content for both Customer Marketing and Product Marketing, including thought leadership content and communication of subject matter expertise

Lead the ESG direction with all stakeholders, Mastercard led initiatives, Merchants/GOs/NGOs tracking the impact for both brand and business, bear responsibility for ESG plan tracker and track the ESG KPIs are met with X-teams

Work closely with agencies and act as a liaison between customers, internal audiences and agencies to deliver the utmost results within the shortest time and reasonable budget

Maintain budgetary responsibilities for specific marketing programs: planning, efficient usage, signing all needed agreements in an accurate and timely manner

Report regularly on campaign performance measurement and evaluation, recommending ways to leverage past success and apply to future programs


All About You

The ideal candidate for this position should:
• Extensive experience working on large projects that require a high degree of multitasking, collaboration with external & internal stakeholders and colleagues across marketing & business areas
• Acted in a program manager capacity for collecting, analyzing data and insights and reporting, including recommendations on optimization of channels/programs, etc
• Demonstrated ability to create & deliver extra value, draft presentations to customers, senior team members; negotiate potential cooperation models and articulate a clear point of view
• Monitored project budgets successfully and demonstrated understanding of cost drivers
• Continually look at the market and competition to see what is happening
• Always proactively look for potential solutions to solve issues and overcome challenges in a timely and efficient manner
