The Global Small and Medium Enterprises team is looking for a dynamic and experienced Product Specialist to join our team and drive excellence in sales enablement strategies and initiatives.

Role
Key responsibilities for this position include:

Training and Sales Enablement Development:
SME Knowledge Series: Partner with our sales excellence team to curate content, track performance, and analyze data on the SME 101 training program
Coordinate and support setting a yearly calendar of training sessions to reach a global audience.
Use data-driven methodology to measure knowledge gaps within internal stakeholders and execute training programs to address those.
Source best practice case studies and training sessions to ensure sales teams are well-versed in product knowledge and industry trends.
Oversee and track participation and success of training.
Collect market trends and competitor offerings to inform product positioning and sales strategies.

Enablement Operations:
Track and measure the effectiveness of sales enablement initiatives, making data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
Execute the Voice of the Customer survey, gather targeted contacts, operationalize the study, and collect feedback to produce ad-hoc reports.
Obtain best-in-class case studies across each region.
Own and manage a new SME community hub, creating and gathering content, news, and research.

Content Development:
Partner with the broader team to create workshop materials, sales collateral, playbooks, and presentations.
Partner with marketing to ensure all relevant content is regularly updated in the SME Product & Sales Center management and track the performance of the content.

All About You
Proven experience in product and sales enablement, preferably in the financial or technology sector.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with senior-level executives
Strong proficiency/advanced skillset with Microsoft PowerPoint (required)
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations.
Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

In line with Mastercard's total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in the US, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary based on location, experience and other qualifications for the role and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role.
