Title and Summary
Specialist, Product management OverviewMastercard Move is Mastercard's portfolio of money movement capabilities powering a variety of payment experiences from individual payments to disbursements. Mastercard Move's services – which include Mastercard Cross-Border Services and Mastercard Send solutions - enable money to move quickly and safely, both domestically and internationally for any purpose, reaching nearly 10 billion endpoints and giving access to more than 95% of the world's banked population.
The role oversees all product management activities for Mastercard Cross-border Services in Europe and support Business development team in the commercialization of MOVE.
The Mastercard Move Europe team is looking for a Product Manager Experienced Professional (L8) to support product management activities for Mastercard Cross-border Services in Europe.
Your role will involve supporting the Regional BD Team in the commercialization of MOVE.
You will collaborate with local account management teams & customer solutions centers as well as other regional and/or global teams (e.g. customer delivery, compliance, ).
Responsibilities
• Work in close relationship with the business development teams to support commercialization of Mastercard Move across the region
• Closely support the activities to onboard and launch newly signed customers
• Support development of sales collateral around product (e.g. FSMs, MSM, etc..)
• Assess market landscape (assessing use cases, identifying key players, monitoring competition) and use this to inform product and go-to-market strategy
• Liaise and collaborate with Global team to ensure regional needs are taken into considerations (e.g introduction of new uses cases) and to support implementation and monitoring enforcement of global initiatives
• Support Regional team in tracking and reporting on KPIs and preparation of documents for Senior management
• Support the Regional Team developing marketing and communication activities to increase Transfer Solutions' footprint and visibility

• Self-motivation, positive attitude and ability to complete tasks in a timely manner.
• Strong customer and results orientation.
• Proven team player with ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver results in a highly cross-functional environment.
• Consulting background is a plus
• Understanding of Cross Border Payments / Card payments is a plus.
• Proficiency in English is required. Other European language is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
