Title and Summary

Specialist, Sponsorships Role Description

• Executes strategic deployment of Health & Wellness and Pride Sponsorship verticals & support Golf/E-Sports
• Manage usage of sponsorships assets – events, physical/digital experiences, brand ambassadors – to deliver against set business objectives.
• Organizing assets for potential use-cases (partner, customer, consumer). I.e. selling-in to internal stakeholders (partner programming, B2B, etc)
• Managing compliance tools (Spotlight and Vivo), charitable support programs & working with legal team (sponsorship/ambassador contracts, asset terms)
• Tracks budget for sponsorship verticals & related marketing programs including asset monetization
• On-site event execution & management for sponsorship activations
• Handling & managing sponsorship merchandise (proper storage, utilization/fulfillment, tracking/inventory)
• Collaborate with internal teams/BU's to integrate products & services into sponsorship properties, assets, activations, etc.
• Maintaining asset tracking, performance & recaps to deliver success/key learnings
• Manage & work with internal cross functional and external agency partners on day-to-day responsibilities with sponsorship properties & execution of assets/activations
• Providing direction and coordinating deliverables with agency partners
• Supporting development of Health & Wellness strategic vision
• Lead campaign performance analysis using specified measures and evaluation metrics

In line with Mastercard's total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in the US, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary based on location, experience and other qualifications for the role and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role.
