• Design and lead new features from concept to launch, shaping the user experience and driving meaningful product impact.
• Develop deep expertise in all aspects of the product — including the platform, infrastructure, customer use cases, and market landscape.
• Own critical product decisions, balancing scope, timelines, and resources to deliver high-quality outcomes.
• Partner closely with engineering, design, and QA to define, build, and iterate on capabilities, workflows, and platform enhancements.

• Hands-on experience collaborating with R&D and product designers, with the ability to understand technical solutions, challenge assumptions, and contribute meaningfully to engineering discussions.
• Comfort working in fast-paced, iterative environments, with a bias for action and continuous improvement.
• Excellent communication skills—clear and confident in both written and spoken English.
• Ability to lead through influence, align cross-functional stakeholders, and drive decisions without direct authority.
• Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership, who can independently push projects forward and follow through.
