The Employee Digital Experience (EDE) organization is seeking a Technical Program Manager II (TPM) to drive strategic, outcomebased initiatives that elevate the end-to-end digital experience for Mastercard employees worldwide. EDE owns the tools, platforms, and services that power how employees collaborate, communicate, and get work done — including Microsoft 365, endpoint and mobility platforms, virtualized desktop solutions, voice and conferencing technologies, and the broader digital workplace ecosystem based initiatives that elevate the end-to-end digital experience for Mastercard employees worldwide. This role requires a TPM who is highly skilled in navigating complex technical environments, comfortable with ambiguity, and able to synthesize and align cross-functional teams toward measurable outcomes. As a TPM II, you will lead multi‑team initiatives, influence both engineering and business stakeholders, and help shape the evolution of our employee digital experience strategy. You will operate with a high degree of autonomy in a fast‑moving environment, partnering closely with engineering, operations, product owners, and service managers to ensure successful delivery and value realization.

Lead complex, multi‑team programs across the EDE ecosystem, driving alignment, execution, and measurable outcomes across engineering, operations, service lines, and user‑experience partners.
Own program strategy and planning, including definition of scope, success criteria, roadmaps, KPIs/OKRs, and cross‑functional alignment to organizational goals.
Coordinate technical dependencies across platforms such as M365, endpoint management, virtualization, mobile device ecosystems, and collaboration/voice technologies, ensuring solution coherence and long‑term platform health.
Identify and proactively mitigate risks, removing blockers for engineering teams and anticipating issues before they impact roadmap commitments.
Create clarity from ambiguity, shaping problem statements, framing solution trajectories, and driving stakeholders toward shared understanding and decisions.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with global teams, influencing without authority and ensuring consistent communication across technical and non‑technical audiences.
Use data to drive decisions, leveraging Domo, Power BI, or other analytics tools to create dashboards, insights, and narratives that inform prioritization and demonstrate impact.
Champion the employee experience, ensuring programs improve usability, reliability, performance, and overall satisfaction with EDE tools and services.
Contribute to continuous improvement, driving operational excellence practices, Agile maturity, process simplification, and scalable program governance frameworks.

All About You
Experience defining scalable technical products with a basic understanding of platform capabilities and technologies. Knowledge of Workspace Tools Technologies is ideal but not required.
Must be able to work independently in identifying problems/risks and developing and mapping out solutions to mitigate.
Advanced Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint · Experience with Tableau, Domo, Power BI or other comparable business intelligence tools a plus, but not required.
Have Project Management experience leading complex initiatives in a structured manner, 3 years of experience ideal.
Knowledge of Project Management tools, like Jira and AHA.
Ability to communicate effectively in English, supporting engineering teams globally.

In line with Mastercard's total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in Canada, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive pay based on location, experience and other qualifications for the role and may be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program. This posting reflects one or more current openings on our team.

Pay Ranges

Toronto, Canada: $75,000 - $120,000 CAD
