3. Team Leadership (Leading 3 Direct Reports)
• Manage and develop a high-performing regional team of three (e.g., AI specialist, product manager).
• Set clear priorities, provide coaching, and remove blockers.
• Foster a culture of innovation, experimentation, and responsible AI usage.
• Drive strong collaboration with technology, fraud, operations, risk, and product teams.

4. Stakeholder Management & Regional Enablement
• Engage with internal stakeholders (product, technology, operations, risk, compliance, sales) to promote and scale agentic AI solutions.
• Partner with regional issuers, merchants, fintechs, and ecosystem players to pilot and co develop next generation agentic payment capabilities.

6. Performance Measurement & Optimization

• Continuously tune agent workflows, models, policies, and decision logic for optimal performance.

Experience
• 10–15+ years in product management, digital payments, AI/ML solutions, or fintech innovation.
• Proven experience in payments (issuer, acquirer, merchant acceptance, fraud, or settlement operations).
• Track record developing and launching data driven or AI driven products at scale.
• Experience managing small teams or cross functional squads.

Technical & Domain Expertise
• Strong understanding of:
