Overview
The Global Digital Channel Enablement & GTM team is looking for a Vice President, Digital Insights & Growth to drive the execution of strategic initiatives across multiple teams in our enterprise. The ideal candidate will embrace ambiguity and drive clarity by establishing strong, executable product vision and go to market strategies and bringing people together to execute. They should be highly motivated, intellectually curious, analytical, and possess an entrepreneurial mindset.

The Role
• Creating compelling communications for Senior and Executive Management; bringing together multiple products into connected narratives highlighting the impact of Mastercard's product vision
• Lead special projects as needed including scoping intake and needs of products that are new to the team and will need to be scaled. For example, creating end to end GTM strategy based on internal and external data and insights, that can be used to outline what is needed to scale products that are ‘new' to our team, providing recommendations for senior management and defining the right stakeholder engagement models needed to deliver
• Help drive standardised process and functions across our GTM team to bring consistency to commercialisation of new products; ensuring past learnings are considered and determining how best to streamline execution and scale of an increasing portfolio of products across the digital organisation
• Utilize market research, tap into your expanding network and lead assessments to validate new ideas and concepts
• Build, motivate and lead direct and cross-functional teams, leveraging trust-based relationships to deliver an efficient operating model and high performing teams
• Navigate across cultures and geographies and leverages strong relationships with key groups across Mastercard to gain support and buy-in for key decisions
• Emulate and drive Mastercard Way behaviours through their behaviour, recognitions, coaching, and employee engagement.
• Drive tangible data-driven business outcomes at the program level, manage to a quantified scorecard continuously monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators and optimizing product performance
All About You
• Strong product management or strategy consulting experience with excellent business acumen, strategic thinking, people management and relationship building skills
• A self-starter who can effectively mobilize, influence, and lead large, cross functional internal and external teams across geographies
• Proven ability to distil complex market dynamics or product concepts into sound product strategy through clear narratives
• Ability to work with ambiguity and manage complex projects; successfully manage multiple responsibilities and tasks in a changing/fast paced environment
• Experience in defining organic and inorganic growth opportunities – identifying and leading strategic projects to execute
• You enjoy engaging with internal and external stakeholders in matrixed organizations to get things done – if there's a hurdle, you know what levers to pull to work around it
• Strong analytical skills with ability to distil key insights from data
• Sound business judgment and creative, strategic thinker
• Skilled communicator – both written and verbal - can translate complex inputs into clear, compelling outputs, able to shift gears for audiences from different business disciplines of varying technical ability
• Corporate strategy / management consulting experience preferred; broad knowledge of the payments industry with understanding of key competitive trends in digital commerce space is advantageous
• Proven record of writing concise and accurate documentation with thorough attention to detail.
• Evidence of achieving consistent high-level success in a global organisation
