Overview
Intercompany Agreements (ICAs) govern services provided between Mastercard entities and are considered outsourcing agreements by regulators. With the increased focus from regulators, we are enhancing governance and controls relating to ICAs, as well as driving standardization and improvement of the related processes.

The TECH Intercompany Agreement Management Services (TECH ICAMS) team within the Technology Regulatory Execution (TREx) department is looking for a Regional Intercompany Serviced Lead (EEMEA region) to drive regulatory compliance on TECH services provided via ICAs to regulated entities in the market. The ideal candidate is passionate about Regulatory compliance on ICT services, highly motivated, intellectually curious, analytical, and possesses an entrepreneurial mindset.

Role
The essential responsibilities of the position are:

• Region responsibility as the single TECH front door of managed Service Contracts to Regulated Entities, ensuring key obligations within the ICAs are properly defined and controls are implemented by TECH
• Manage / facilitate relationships across TECH and Directly Regulated Entities, as well as with key influential stakeholders across various teams within Mastercard (e.g. Tax, Legal, Regulatory Affairs)
• Support the governance model of support to Mastercard Directly Regulated Entities, ensuring compliance to Contract from delivery point of view across Programs and Products (SLA management, Incident Management, Cyber & Ops Resilience, Data Protection, Risk Management, Third Party management)
• Support change management processes as it relates to ongoing regulatory update and process optimization
• Provide consulting services to the regulated entities in terms of tools, processes and governance (best practices)
• Ensure regional specific needs are captured and addressed in due time or as per agreed compliance plan
• Work in close collaboration with peers in the other regions and the TECH ICAMS operational team to build and maintain a standardized and scalable approach

All About You
Qualification and Experience
The ideal candidate for this position should have:

• Bachelor's degree in technology, information systems management, information security management, security policy or equivalent years of training and experience
• Strong knowledge of Mastercard TECH Organization and legal aspects; knowledge of Mastercard non-TECH organization is an asset
• Knowledge of Regional Regulatory landscape, Standards and Frameworks such as DORA, NIST, CROE - impacting Tech services especially around service resiliency, outsourcing regulations and security risk management
• Knowledge of laws, regulations, policies, and ethics as they relate to cybersecurity and IT management (e.g., GDPR, FBA, GBLA, etc.)
• Experience with contract management
• Experience with vendor management and Fourth-Party risk management
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally, geographically to identify and implement best practice assurance/compliance processes
• Proven success in navigating multi-national organizations and operating effectively within a diverse multicultural organization
• IT certification(s) preferred, but not required such as CISSP
