About the role:
Type: Full Time Salaried
Compensation: $92,000 - $138,000
Location: Fully Remote, must be in the United States
Hours: Full Time Days

What to Expect:
The Onboarding Manager at Matrix Medical Network will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient integration of new clinical staff into our organization.
This position is responsible for managing the entire onboarding process for clinical and non-clinical personnel, ensuring they are fully prepared to deliver high-quality care in accordance with Matrix Medical Network's standards.
The Onboarding Manager will collaborate closely with HR, Talent Acquisition, Credentialing, Education, Clinical Operations, and other stakeholders to develop and implement best practices in onboarding and training, reporting directly to the Vice President of Clinical Capacity.
Responsibilities:
Onboarding Process Management:
- Design, implement, and manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires, including Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants, to ensure they are fully integrated and productive in their roles.
- Coordinate with Talent Acquisition, HR, Clinical Operations, and other departments to align onboarding processes with organizational goals and compliance requirements.
New Hire Support:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for new hires during the onboarding process, providing support and addressing any questions or concerns.
- Assign check-ins with new hires to ensure they are successfully acclimating to their roles and the company culture.
Process Improvement:
- Continuously assess and improve onboarding processes to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and employee satisfaction.
- Gather feedback from new hires and stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
Compliance and Documentation:
- Ensure all onboarding processes comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of onboarding activities and documentation.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with the talent acquisition, credentialing, enrollment, clinical and educational teams to ensure a seamless transition from candidate to employee.
- Collaborate with the Clinical Capacity team to forecast staffing needs and plan onboarding activities accordingly.
Leadership:
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clinical staff and senior leadership.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems, onboarding software, and Microsoft Office Suite. Proficient in iCIMS is preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards.

Education:
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or a related field is required. Master's degree is preferred.
Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in onboarding, training, or HR management within the healthcare industry, with at least 1 year in a leadership or managerial role.
