• Only looking for ASAP Starts - Will NOT review travelers who can not start 11/11 or prior.
• Auto Offers - In order to receive an Auto Offer candidates may not have more than 3 days requested off.
• CNO does plan on doing a phone screen prior to start and reserves the right to cancel any placement prior to start without penalty.
• Contracts likely to run through most of 2024 if applicant is doing well and wanting to stay
• No special scheduling requests
• The Registered Nurse delivers quality nursing care through the utilization of the nursing process.
• Works collaboratively with other members of the healthcare team to maintain standards for professional nursing practice.
• Carries out functions according to hospital policy, the hospital mission, and standards of practice defined by professional and regulatory guidelines.
• Directs, coordinates and delegates activities in order to foster patient / family centered care.
• Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
• Assesses the physical, psychosocial, and educational needs of the patient.
• Plans and implements nursing care according to patient and family needs.
• Makes appropriate interventions based upon individual patient needs.
• Evaluates patient responses to nursing interventions.
• Assumes personal responsibility for quality patient care, patient satisfaction, environment and professional development.

Job Requirements
• 2+ Year of Experience - Required
• Ready to start ASAP - Required
• Completion of 1 travel assignment - Required
• Paragon EMR Experience - Highly Preferred
• ACLS - Preferred
• References NOT required.
• A skills checklist completed within one year of application for RN specialties is required.
• Michigan license verification is required for nurses.

Additional Details
• McLaren Macomb has incorporated a strict 3 strike attendance policy to advocate for their patient population.
• Any RN contractor who is absent from a scheduled shift or is more than 20 minutes late for their scheduled shift 3 times will be terminated effective immediately.
• Situations such as a communicable disease or hospitalization with supporting evidence will be reviewed in favor of the contractor.
• This policy will begin on 2/28/2024.
