Oversees the IT infrastructure and security project management, capacity management, vendor tracking and review, and creation of metrics related to the capacity and throughput of the IT infrastructure organization. Champions a culture of accountability and consistent project management practices that deliver quality projects to the organization. Analyzes, reviews and reports on IT financials, including the assurance of adherence to IT budgeting and expense guidelines.
Responsibilities
- Manages the administration and support of IT project tracking and resource capacity scheduling system.
- Manages Project Management support for Infrastructure and Security teams.
- Manages the administration and tracking of the IT budget inclusive of all IT staffing, vendor, and asset costs. Collaborates with corporate finance to ensure adherence to company financial goals, process, and procedure.
- Partners with IT leaders to prioritize projects by creating objective Cost Benefit Analysis (CBAs) and ensuring adherence to demand capacity availability.
- Publishes dashboard of monthly project metrics for IT teams, including management and executives.
- Manages the administration of all vendor agreements. Guides vendors arrangements of all types through various processes including Corporate Funds Request (CFR), Purchase Order (PO), Legal Document Execution Request (LEDR), and other supporting processes.
- Maintains and streamlines IT expense approval processes and supports the IT organization through training, communications, and clear expectations of requirements for IT expenditures.
- Understands and communicates software and license requirements to End User Engineering and Systems Engineering teams to ensure adherence to license usage compliance. Facilitates all third-party software audits in conjunction with the End User Engineering and Systems Engineering teams.
- Manages the administration of vendor contracts and adherence to software licensing compliance. Collaborates with the End User Engineering and Systems Engineering teams for the automation and removal of unapproved software across the environment.
- Provides input to the budget and project planning process including resource planning and alignment with business priorities and hardware/software renewal planning.
- Maintains all demand capacity for the IT Infrastructure and Security organization including resource availability, scheduling, and capacity.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in finance, project management, business administration or related field.
- Equivalent education and experience directly related to the role may substitute for a degree.
- 8 years of finance, accounting, or budgeting experience which includes project management, 3 years of which are in a leadership capacity.
Professional Certification(s):
- Project Management Certification preferred.
Technical Skills and Knowledge
- Strong understanding of IT financial budgeting and spending processes
- Strong working knowledge of detailed financial data analysis
- Demonstrated ability to translate data into actionable metrics
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Excellent organizational skills with managing projects and accessing risks to timelines
- Proven ability to quickly understand complex problems and develop actionable takeaways
- Ability to manage vendor contracts and review in accordance with company intake and purchasing procedures
- Ability to develop simple metrics from various systems to determine velocity, trend, and forecast
