Leukemia Physician - Georgetown Lombardi Comprehensive Cancer Institute Washington DC
The Hematologic Malignancies Program at MedStar Georgetown Lombardi Comprehensive Cancer Center in Washington D.C. is growing rapidly and is seeking a leukemia expert to join its expanding faculty at Georgetown, MedStar System. This position provides the ability to work with an outstanding group of nationally recognized experts in Lymphoma, Myeloma, and Blood and Marrow Stem Cell Transplantation/Cellular Therapy; in the only NCI designated cancer center in Washington DC. Excellent research and academic opportunities are offered with the ability to collaborate with its NCI consortium partner, Hackensack Meridian Health John Theurer Cancer Center (JTCC). Together with JTCC, the position provides access to a very large patient population and an ideal platform for clinical and translational research in the field. Similarly, the joint clinical research program provides support for Leukemia studies across the consortium.
The successful candidate will work with the leukemia disease group and help further develop and grow the established leukemia program into a destination site. The position of leukemia physician offers:

Qualifications:
BC/BE Hematologist with interest in Leukemia
Experience in clinical research in Leukemia
