General Summary of Position
Professional care provider who assesses plans implements and evaluates the nursing care of patients from admission through discharge. In collaboration with the patient and family provides theory-based professional nursing care and coordinates care delivery with various members of the interdisciplinary team. Must work at least six shifts in a 6-week period inclusive of three weekend or night shifts; also must work one designated official holiday.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Education
- Associate's degree from an accredited School of Nursing required
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred
- Bachelor's degree enrollment within 12 months of start date and completion within 4 years of hire start date. required
- 1-2 years RN experience required
- RN - Registered Nurse - State Licensure and/or Compact State Licensure in the state or jurisdiction of the facility seeking employment or multistate compact state or license eligible required
- CPR - Cardiac Pulmonary Resuscitation (includes BLS and NRP) for healthcare providers from either the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross within 90 Days required
- Additional unit/specialty certifications may vary by department or business unit.
- Basic math skills.
- Verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer skills required
This position has a hiring range of
USD $41.78 - USD $63.66 /Hr.
