General Summary of Position
We are recruiting for a Manager Operations Pharmacy to help support and oversee our retail pharmacy locations throughout MedStar Health service area. Responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of multiple Pharmacies with specific focus in the areas of associate engagement, patient experience, and volume growth. Ensures the optimum performance of assigned MedStar Pharmacy teams through effective hiring, coaching, mentoring, and managing. Works in coordination with the Management Team to achieve companywide resource efficiencies, alignment of priorities, and achievement of established goals.

Minimum Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's degree required
Experience
- 5-7 years management experience in a health care setting required
- 2 years of multi-site management experience preferred
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Effective verbal and written communication, problem-solving, and independent judgment skills required.
- Ability to work independently and part of a team.
- Advanced computer skills and supervisor experience required.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office.
