General Summary of Position
Provides assistance in coordinating administrative functions related to program operations. Coordinates patient intake and scheduling.

Minimum Qualifications
Education
- Associate's degree preferred and
- Bachelor's degree preferred and
- Consideration will be given to an appropriate combination of education/training and experience. required
Experience
- 1-2 years 2 years of medical/clinical office and/or administrative experience required and
- Ability to perform in a high-pressure environment, previous experience with computerized scheduling systems, and supervisory experience preferred
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to facilitate and achieve operational goals and effectively resolve problems under stress.
- Good computer skills, particularly with computerized scheduling systems.
- Ability to work in team atmosphere to assure maximum use of efficient systems operations.
- Must possess good mathematical skills.
- Must have ability to plan, organize, and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Ability to deal effectively and professionally with a variety of individuals.
