General Summary of Position
Responsible for oversight of patient experience measurement services, project management, data analysis and research reporting. Oversees the day-to-day relationship between MedStar Health and its primary survey vendor, Press Ganey. Manages a growing portfolio of patient experience surveys and public review measurement services. Advises entity and system leaders on the patient experience measurement process.

Minimum Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's degree Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Health Administration or Public Health required and
- Master's degree Master's degree in Market Research, Survey Research, Business Administration, Health Administration or Public Health preferred
Experience
- 5-7 years 4 to 5 years of experience managing data-intensive projects, preferably in health care required and
- experience coordinating and managing project stakeholders; experience with quantitative and qualitative market research; experience using software programs to collect, maintain, manipulate, present data and experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau required and
- SPSS or Q experience preferred
Licenses and Certifications
- No special certification, registration or licensure required.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Strong project management skills.
- Solid knowledge of quantitative and qualitative research methods and survey research statistics.
- Familiarity with statistical software and data analysis tools.
- Attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills. Understanding of how research insights inform and support organizational strategy.
- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively and proactively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
This position has a hiring range of $70,428 - $131,310
