Find your calling at Mercy! The Case Manager provides a broad range of advocacy services for victims of domestic violence, giving support, resources and educational information to help reduce trauma and internal/external conflicts. Perform duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission, values, and Mercy Service Standards. Position Details:
Education: Bachelor's degree in social work, Counseling or another human-service-related field (preferred).
Experience: Minimum one-year Social Work/Behavioral Health experience preferred.
Education: working towards a degree (preferred) in human-service-related field
Experience: 2 years' experience in the Social Work/Behavioral Health field preferred.
Preferred Experience in Case management/social services in helping/supporting domestic violence survivors navigate housing, work, medical, employment, and other essential resources in the community,
Co-worker must be able to communicate orally, in writing and demonstrate proficient computer skills. Co-worker must be able to listen and to understand and explain complex situations.
