The role requires technical expertise in operating ultrasound equipment, patient care skills, and the ability to provide accurate and high-quality diagnostic images. This role also requires a strong commitment to patient care and collaborative communication with patients and healthcare professionals to provide optimal care. Position Details:

Position Description: Cardiac Sonographer

Location: Onsite
Type: Full -Time - 40 hours

Schedule: Days/Weekends - 4x10s (6:30a-5:00pm)

Career Ladder Opportunities:

Cardiac Sonographer:

• Education: Graduate of a school of Sonography and completed required clinical hours OR received on the job training by a Preceptor who is registered in Cardiac ultrasound.
• Experience: no experience required.
• Certification: ARDMS (RDCS) or CCI(RCS) or registry eligible (must obtain registry within 6 months of eligibility); Basic Life Support (BLS);
• Licensure: State licensure may be required depending on the specific state of practice.

Advanced Cardiac Sonographer:

• Education: Graduate of a school of Sonography and completed required clinical hours OR received on the job training by a Preceptor who is registered in Cardiac ultrasound.
• Experience: 1+ years of relevant experience.
• Certification: ARDMS (RDCS) or CCI(RCS); Basic Life Support (BLS).
• Licensure: State licensure may be required depending on the specific state of practice.

Senior Cardiac Sonographer:

• Education: Graduate of a school of Sonography and completed required clinical hours OR received on the job training by a Preceptor who is registered in Cardiac ultrasound.
• Experience: 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Certification: ARDMS (RDCS) or CCI(RCS); Basic Life Support (BLS).
• Licensure: State licensure may be required depending on the specific state of practice.
