Responsible for assisting physicians and nurses in providing patient care to clinic patients under the supervision of physicians/nurse practitioner and the leader. Position Details:
Qualifications
Education: HS Diploma or GED
Experience: Completion of an accredited MA education program
Certifications: Certification as a Medical Assistant
Current certification in CPR
Other: Ability to read and communicate effectively in English. Basic computer knowledge.
Preferred Education: Completion of accredited Medical Assistant program
Preferred Other: Additional languages preferred.
Physical Requirements:
• Position requires the ability to push, pull, and/or lift 50 lbs on a regular basis.
• Position requires prolonged standing and walking during each shift.
• Position requires the ability to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat to perform duties.
