Emergency Department expanded from 29 to 50 treatment rooms
ICU expanded from 38 to 64 beds
Capacity to support approximately 25,000 additional patient visits annually

Level III Trauma Center
The Director of Emergency Services provides strategic and operational leadership for a fast-paced Emergency Department, ensuring the delivery of exceptional patient-centered care while advancing organizational goals, regulatory compliance, trauma standards, and emergency medicine best practices.
Working closely with physicians, EMS partners, trauma leadership, and interdisciplinary teams, you'll lead a highly engaged team focused on improving outcomes, enhancing the patient experience, and supporting the growing healthcare needs of our community.

Required
Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
Current RN licensure in the applicable state of practice
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
3-5 years of leadership or administrative experience
3-5 years of relevant clinical experience
Preferred
Master's Degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field
