Financial Coordinator
Full Time-40 hours
Main Mercy Campus
Overview:
- Responsible for coordination with the Patient Billing Dept, field staff and business operations to assure compliance with all billing regulations
- Responsible for processing patient accounts, verification of billing, monitors work flow and identifies operational problems
- Maintains data bases, spreadsheets, and computer and paper files related to interfaced software packages. Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission, values, and Mercy Service Standards

Requirements:
-Education:- High school diploma or equivalent required
-Experience:- Five years experience required.
- Knowledge of medical terminology, Homecare medical records and patient accounting
- Excellent computer skills in word processing and spreadsheet applications
- Excellent communications, problem solving skills, customer service skills
Preferred Qualifications-Experience:
- Five years experience in Homecare medical records and HCMS software
