Position: Home Health Aide II
Department: Hospice
Hours / Shift: Full time / Days 8am-4:30pm

Performs personal care and other assigned duties to patients in their home under the guidance and supervision of the skilled nursing staff or therapy staff. Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission, values, and Mercy Service Standards.
Overview:
Licensure: Valid drivers license.
Certifications: Certified Nursing Assistant and/or completion of the Mercy approved Patient Care Tech Program. CPR certification required, but can be obtained after hire.
Preferred Education: High school diploma or GED
Preferred Experience: Experience in a homecare or nursing facility
Preferred Other: Has basic computer skills as well as a working knowledge of Windows, Word and Outlook.
