Overview:

A critical role of the Journey Guide will be to facilitate communication and implement communication tools with the entire multi-disciplinary cancer center team in a manner that best benefits the patient and their support system with the intent of individualizing each patient's experience.

  • Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent required. Associate's degree preferred.
  • Required Experience: Experience in Health Care setting. Minimum of 3 years' experience in the service profession requiring daily interactions with the public/customer.
